I received my credit card bill with a charge from #555 Diet Challenge for $29.99 whiched was charged on 1/17/08 and posted on 1/18/08. I did not authorize this charge.
I have called the number on the bill and am told that all operators are busy. After about a week of calling and no retuen calls, I got suspicious. I have paid the bill as it was about to be overdue. I still have not heard from this company and will contact my bank tomorrow.
How do I get my money back from a fradulant company?
