I am filing this on behalf of my 81 year old father. He got tricked by the smooth words of Kevin Trudeau and actually believed he would receive a free book from Trudeau.instead he received three books and was he credit card was charged $54 for them.
We returned the books in October and to date (January) has not been reimbursed for them. Naturally he slithers from one location to another so you can't send anything to him to question this.
I can't believe the Federal Government has allowed him to prey on the elderly like this. He should be thrown in prison and then throw away the key!
I suspect my dad will not be getting his money back but wish something could be done to keep the crook from getting to anyone else!!!
