My husband ordererd glasses several weeks ago, they sent the wrong prescription (wife's prescription) they requested he return them, which he did, and they have thus far not corrected their problem, not given a refund (82.00)
They have since requested a copy of his prescription, which they already have.
They have stated that would only give a partial refund since the glasses were special made. This is not acceptable, and they haven't even mentioned a partial refund recently.
