Newsletter Ripoff Scam Internet And Info Commercials

I, too, ordered Kevin Truedau's "What they don't want you to know" book along with his newest book. I was charged something like $30 for those books. Less than a month later, a charge for $9.95 showed up on my charge card. After investigating, I discovered it was for a newsletter... I never authorized that charge, nor did I want that newsletter... After doing some digging, I got on his website to see just what this newsletter was. It certainly isn't worth $9.95 a month. I wouldn't pay a $1 a month for it. I've contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute against this company as well as cancelled the subscription through Kevin Trudea's website, but since they won't reply to my many emails asking for confirmation that this subscription has been cancelled, I suspect I'm going to be filing another dispute in the next few weeks. The sales person I talked to when I first ordered his books never told me I had to accept a 30 day subscrition for any newsletter as Kristin mentions. This is a scam, plain and simple, and it's really too bad that Kevin Trudeau is doing the same thing to countless customers exactly what he says the FDA and government are doing to us all... Nice touch Kevin... As far as I'm concerned, anyone who would stoop so low as to scam customers into paying for a useless newsletter isn't to be trusted, thus, nothing in your book is to be trusted.
