I recently received my annual statement. They covered nothing and paid nothing. The co-pays and deductibles ensure that either yourself, or medicare cover everything. If you write them, they do not respond. Do yourself and/or family a favour, find a reputable company. When you find one, cut ties with these people and save money. You have no worries, they are even too incapable to whine at you. All they have covered my family and i for, is payroll deductions and full medical bills. They are not worth any consideration at all.
