This company took monies out of my checking account without my say so and they left me with overdraft charges of $25.00 on the first withdrawl and then on the second withdrawl they left me with another overdraft of $25.00. This is a grand total that this company with drew monies from my account in the amount of $500.00, not to mention the overdraft charges... And if you add those then is $50.00. And I am on a fixed income and I don't get that kind of monies all the time...
I think that I should be intitled to a complete and full refund not to mention the overdraft charges and then if this goes to the D.A. Then there will be other charges filed against me for having insufficient funds in my account now to cover these...
I don't think that this company should be able to get away with this and I think that they should be made to pay all these monies back plus the accurring charges that will take place now... I now have no monies for Christmas and I can't buy my children anything for Christmas since this has happened now and I don't have monies enough to even buy food to eat now.
I too have tried calling them back and I have the dates and the time when I called them and I got told that I could have expected a refund within the next 3 days and it was to be here by Friday December 21 and that I could call and it would show up and so I did call and there was nothing there and so I got another letter in the mail telling me that they have withdrew another $299.99 from my account.
I then called the bank and told them that there is no authority for this withdrawal and they said that I would have to come in and sign some papers and that maybe that would stop it but I would still be responable for the all the charges and the withdrawals on my account now. This makes me sick to know that people would steel monies from anyone that they can...
I need some help now please and not tomorrow...
I am legally blind and I am a diabitic and I have retinal Eye Cancer, and now this... I hope they are happy with themselves.
