Ordered meds on line. Got 2 emails saying they got the order and that is shipped. Never got the meds. No reply to my email, no answer when I called

I ordered medication online from this company. They sent me a follow up email saying they recieved my order. A few days later, another email saying it had shipped but would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. There was a phone # to call and an email address to write to if I did not recieve the meds. I did not recieve the meds. My email was never replied to and the phone either stays busy or rings endlessly. Now, i can't even find their website anymore.
