My Daughter is a distributor for Xango, LLC. She wanted to get off the automated delivery system that Xango had set up for her and encouraged her to have. This auto delivery system debits her account every month.
She called the company. They informed her that they needed her request in writing to get off the automated delivery system. She wrote, but nothing changed. She called again with the same result. Wrote a second time. They still did not take her off the automated distributor list and continued to debit her account. She called again, then sent a letter by registered mail, which they did not accept and returned it to her unopened.
They continue to debit her account, and have stopped delivering the product, which is a health drink. We have been at this for 9 months now, and still have not resolved this problem. They continue to take her money, but will not deliver the product. I filed a formal complaint with our state Attorney General.
I was a distributor myself, but am no longer affiliated with this company. This company has not performed as an ethical business should. They have had other similar complaints passed on to the BBB. Oh, one other thing. They change the amount of the debit each month by a few cents, thereby making a stop payment order impossible to place. Cute! This company should NOT get away with this kind of conduct.
