Like others who want better health, I was excited to hear how this Xango can help you feel 20 years younger. The represatives (two of them on a conferance call) said that they knew of people that the Xango juice had cured of their migraines and that they themselves felt younger and so much better since taking so-called great tasting juice. Desperate to help my severe migraines, I bought the juice.
I had to agree to becoming a distributor, and they said I had 30 days to try it out and if I didn't like it or that if if didn't help, I could return any unsued product and that I'd get all of my money back. I was to be refunded (according to the sales rep.) for the total purchas if after 30 days I was not satisfied. Seemed safe enough, no risk right? Wrong!!!
They also insisted that I purchase their super priced vitamins "Xango 3SIXTY5", they were known to help or cure almost anything. These representatives claimed to know many people that had had miraculous results using the vitamins and the Xango juice together. Yea right! SCAM big time.
After taking the Xango juice and 3SIXTY5 vitamins for a few days, I felt awful. I could hardly set up. My blood sugar went so low that I almost passed out several times. Whatever they put in there might be great for diabetics, but not for me. I reported this to the sales rep. And she said that just to talk less juice and try it for a while longer. That it might take a few weeks for the full benefit to be realized. She said it could take 4 weeks to start working well. And that after that I should feel wonderful! Maybe if it didn't kill me first!
I gave up trying the stuff because I felt like death warmed over. My husband tried it as well, and would come home from work and crash, he felt awful. He said it was like he was coming down with something. (You know how you feel when you are getting the flu or a virus.) I told him to quit and the next day he felt some better. After two days without the Xango, we were on the way to getting better. What was supposed to make us feel younger made us both feel horrible.
When I contacted the sales rep / distributor, she suggested that it is such a wonderful product, both the juice and the vitamins, that I should pass it on to a friend. She was sorry that it had not worked for us, but that it really was a great product. I told her that my blood sugar kept hanging out in the 50's while I was taking it and that I felt awful. She recommended giving it to a diabetic friend.
When I insisted I wanted my money back as promised, she referred me to customer service saying she didn't know if I could get my money back since the items were opened and partly used!!! What kind of refund is it if you are supposed to try it for 30 days, but can't open the package or take the vitamins or juice and still qualify for a refund??? I contacted the customer service department by email.
The responce came after serveral days that since the items were opened and used, they could not give me any refund. And that it had been past the 30 day cut off. She explained that you have 30 days to return the unopened packages, unused for a partial refund. She said to contact the sales rep, that she might be able to work something out on her own. Talk about getting the run around. Beware, XANGO and their 3SIXTY5 vitamins are a big rip-off!
Now $305.18 later, yes $305.18 for one months supply of juice and vitamins and of course the also non-refundable $25 distributor fee that is included in that price. I have no way to get my money back from them. I hope the FDA shuts them down for making fraudulent claims that Xango will cure migraines and other health ills. I wonder how many others this terrible company has scammed out of their money!
