I left an abusive home so that I and my dog could have a safe environment. I work and am trying to get on my feet after leaving with nothing but the clothes on my back and my dog. She is in need of her shots and check up. She needs her Hartgaurd. I appoached an employee of Companion care who laughed at me for asking if I could set up a payment plan so I could give my girl the care she needs and deserves for being my friend for 11 years. There was a sign on the desk that states that payment must be made at time of service unless other arrangements were made. I was told that this sign is for long standing customers. I told her that this was not right. The sign should state that it was for long standing customer or be removed. She was rude and uncaring. I told her that too. A sign should be specific. An animal hospital should be for the care and love of animals. If it is all about the money... Then deal in something other than life.
I have already told several people how this establishment works. My son and his room mate has been taking their animals there. They will not be now and will also tell all of their friends. I wasn't even allowed to talk to a vet to see if they would allow an arrangement. I work with animal lovers. We swap information all the time. I will make sure this establishment is known for what it is... An animal mill that only cares about the money
