They said that i phone authorized and they had billed me 300 dollars out of my checking account

My sister got on her bank account and there was 299 dollars taken out and i was like what the heck than i called the number and they said they were national healthcare association we have never ever talked to them. And they said they couldnt refund our money... They got our account number some how... If u get anything like this its fraud... May be a guy that answers or an asian women... Its hecka messed up..
