Made the big mistake of taking them up on their offer. Didn't read carefully and now I'm having difficulty stopping payment. I may have to close my account completely with my credit union to stop the payment. What a mistake. Frontier is slow to respond. I made them aware that I was going to contact the AG in Hawaii about their slow response. Calls only result in answering machine.
