I ordered their free trial on July 2 and was charged the requested amount of $4.97. That was for my 10 day free trial. However, on July 3 they charged my credit card $99.41. I canceled before my 10 days were up, got a confirmation number but no refund and no products sent as of July 25.
I will report them to my credit card company and will try calling one of their many numbers again, but I have seen on several websites that people are not getting their money back. Do not order from them by any means.
