On June 3rd I made the mistake of ordering from this on-line company. Although their website appears to be very professional, do not be fooled! They were real quick to send a confirmation email of my order, and they also charged my credit card the very next day.
Today is July 12th and I still have not received my order. Their website lists a phone number to contact them, but you will never get anything but a voice message, where you are told to leave a name and order number. I have called many times, most times the voice mailbox is full, and twice I have been able to leave my info, but of course no one returns the call.
They say they prefer you to contact them by email, which I have also done numerous times. Needless to say, they do not respond to those either.
Today I wrote them a letter, and sent it registered mail, so they will either have to sign for the letter or refuse it. I also was lucky enough to hear about this site, and checked it out. Not a big surprise when I see there are three other reports at this time, all with the exact same complaints as myself.
I am writing this report to get the word out to as many people as possible about this FRAUDULENT INTERNET COMPANY. I have ordered many times from companies online and have always had a pleasant experience, and this company needs to be found out and prosecuted!
If you have had the same unfortunate experience as myself and others, DO contact your credit card company. I contacted mine today after reading one of the other reports here, and they were awesome. They are able to credit my account for the amount of the order, and file a fraudulent charges report on the company. Also, I thought it necessary to activate the identity theft service option on my card, just in case these "thieves" have any ideas of using my card number again.
