This is exactly the same experience as a previous Ripoff writer! Hydroderm will not refund my money for returned products. After spending $10.95 for a promotion, I was hit with $over $100 on unexpected charges and products I didn't want. I immediately returned the products and a month later, when I spoke to 2 customer service, one of which was really rude, representives and a supervisor, who spoke to me like I was an idiot, they still didn't return my money. Now I'm trying to find out who the management is. This is a bogus company! Does anyone know who they are?
