I ordered a 30 day trial of nitetrim on may 25 for 2.95. They took my money out may 29. It took over 2 weeks to get to me and does not work in any case. I called to cancel and found they had already charged my account for 52.90. I tried to explain that my 30 days was not up until the 29th of june. The woman told me they billed from the day i ordered, not paid.
I explained to her that it was only the 25th today, and they charged my account last week sometime. She said i could send the product back after i get the coming shipment, which i had already told her i did not want, and she said it didnt matter, it would be shipped and i could get a refund of my money, less a 30%stocking fee. I tried to get her to see i should not have been charged at all and they just dont care. They can apparently not add the dates and apparently they dont really care anyway.
Once they have your account number they can charge your account when they please and basically give you the runaround with their deceptive way of figuring dates. Apparently they can add any way they want to come up with the dates they want. Then they charge so much for a restocking fee (and honestly, how much effort, time and cost is there in putting a 2oz bottle of pills back on a shelf?) over $30.00 0n a $53.00 purchase, and on a product that is a big waste of time because it doesnt work. Plus you have to pay to send it back.
I warn everyone out there to beware of this company. They will rip you off, and once they have your account number you are at thier mercy, and they do not believe in showing mercy, only taking all your money they can get.in my opinion, and from my personal experience with them, they are a rip off and consumers better beware.
