American Family Life Assurance Company Violation of my right to privacy - Aflac had my social security number on their claim forms. I cannot get anyone to call me back

Aflac violated my right to privacy disclosed my social security number on claim forms sent to my employer and my doctors. Aflac denied it at first until I faxed one back to them and then they said it was an old letter that was sent.
I am still waiting since February for the processing of my claims.
