I am disabled from a shoulder operation to repair a torn larbrum so I faxed all the forms to all the right people for disability. I Called Aflac the next three weeks and various people answered the phone and each told me that they were waiting for a different form from someone this goes on for three weeks and finally when I call and they have all the documents in their hands they say i'm denied. When you call they say on there that Aflac processes claims in about 3 days Ha. They also said that since I went to my doctor for a sore shoulder before their policy was in effect that it was
a pre-existing condition. Now I counted on these people for my disability but now can't pay my bills needless to say how bad our christmas was. The only saving grace is that my son is home for the holidays. I'm going to go back as soon as I can to work sore shoulder or not. These people took my money and when it came time to pay they backed out. Don't listen to these reps of theirs they are just there to take your money. Dont count on aflac
