I took over another girls contact in I had 1 1/2 on contract. Working out was hurting my back and hip. I had gone for 6 months to give it a try.in oct. I saw a Dr. Testa in Cape Coral Fl. He wrote me a letter saying I could not work out anymore. I needed to get out of my contract. I took that and gave it to the Manager of Ladys of America in Cape Coral Florida.
The manager said that it was fine, I ended up leaving the state Nove. 2003 because of an emergancy. I moved to Minn. I didnt hear nothing until Mar. 2004 Matrix Accepttance wanted Dr. To fill out there form so I sent to Dr. And I thought he sent it, I never heard anything until May 1 from Matrix that I owe them $869.25. I then called the Dr. Office they never called me they just said the Dr, wanted to see me again and I was gone never got a call or heard from anyone until now, about Ladys of America, I never heard from the Dr. Never again heard from Matrix so I thought everything was handled.
