I placed an order in April for support hose while I was pregnant. After never receiving the hose (while my credit card was charged promptly) and being told on a couple of occasions that it was on back order, I cancelled the order and was promised by more than one employee that my card would be credited.
Since that time, I have called and emailed numerous times and have been told that I should now receive a check in the mail for the amount owed, which is $98.99. Mostly when I call or email, no one responds.
It has now been over a year since I placed this order and my daughter is 7 months old!!
