Given FREE month trial with "zero nicotine" product (3 packs worth) and only had to ask for RMA and send the remaining packs back if cancelling before the 20th of month, otherwise charged 99.95.
I found out that the product is sold cheaper elsewhere and cancelled the 8th via email way ahead of the end of trial. I received RMA and sent package back, received confirmed cancellation via email and was told that I would be charged a restocking fee. I emailed back asking what that was all about when it was supposed to be a FREE trial? No reply back as of this date.
Then, on the 21st they charged the 99.95 fee anyway. I emailed 3 times now and cannot contact anyone via email or phone (phone has voicemail saying mailbox full). When I went to website and called the 800# (there are 2) both of them say mailbox full. I did get a voicemail once and asked for someone to call me back, but noone has and it has been a week going on two. I am so frustrated and upset and not sure what I can do to get my money back.
I did get an email confirming they received my return the 23rd. Convenient wouldn't you say? Please don't sign up for these peoples scam email/letters/whatever. You can get the product elsewhere if youre that interested and probably a real staff. Just check stuff before you buy via email/internet. I learned the hard way...
