In december my husband ordered a prescription from frontier pharmacies with my debit card. He was informed of the non-refundable one time fee of $19.95, this amount was immediately charged to my account. The prescription arrived about 2 weeks later and a $49.99 fee was charged to my account just prior to receiving it.
Today (Jan 23rd) I have found a charge made on the 17th of January from LSMS-us-pay.com for $20.95. This additional charge nor any others have been authorized by me or by my husband. I have filed a dispute with my bank and have sent them links to this site as a reference.
