I found a charge of $74.95 on my credit card bill from LeanRX, which I did not make. When I tried to check their web site it is shut down for "updating". When I called the 800 number I got a recording that ask first for my credit card number. I hung up with out revealing that bit of information. I have never used this card for mail order. It is used basically for my grocery shopping and personal expenses. I pay my full balance each month. I have no idea how LeanRX got my number unless they have someone supplying them with the card numbers when used for a legitimate purchase.
I have e-mailed LeanRX twice but receive no answer. I am now waiting for my credit card company to send me forms to protest the charge. Looks like I am not the first to get ripped off by these people.
Any help you can give me will be appreciated and any information you request will be answered.
