Dr. R. Rifai-Birmingham Cosmetic Surgery, Southfield, Michigan ruined my life by performing the wrong cosmetic surgery on my eyes and putting an implant in the WRONG place. Some of the mistakes made by this man are beyond repair. I have had nine surgeries and spent thousands of dollars becuase of Dr. Rifai's negligence and incompetence which was investigated by the Michigan Bureau of Health Professionals.
