I placed an order with atcostpharma.com, I decided to place another order and ran across a consumer complaints from others who used atcostpharma otherwise known as frontier pharmacies.
After attempting to contact the company to cancel my order and so called membership which they state was free. I received an email from them stating that the order was canceled. The time lapse between ordering and canceling was less than 15 min.
No surprise I also logged back in sometime later to verify that they cancelled the order and guess what, not canceled.
This company stated that they would still charge the processing fee of 19.95 for processing what?
Also they do not have a real phone number. This answering machine is a setup to deceive the public. You will not reach anyone ever.
Time to close the credit card.
