Fraudelent billing practices ripoff

This company charged me for a second year of premium a month before the first year had expired, the original charge was back on 9/12/06 upon contacting them they seemed to be friendly and courteous about the situation. They blamed a computer glitch for the problem and told me i would be refunded.

As time went by I saw no refund however everytime i got someone on the phone they told me they had a note about the refund, and they transfered me to to the accounting dept. Aafter waiting to speak to someone for sometimes upto 30 mins they hang up on me. Lately in the last feew weeks the numnber connects but you can't leave a message you cant get a hold of any one the mail box is full and not accepting any new messages.

I suspect i am not the only one and this company is trying to wait us out. I had even forgotten about a month or so ago as I assume that is their posture. I try to call them several times a week hoping to reach someone and try and get this resolved, but to no avail.

I am posting this to see if others out there have had a similar situation and or to warn people about this company and their billing and refund tactics. This has been going on for exactly 3 months today. I think they have had ample time to fix their so called computer glitches, and the repeated disconnections and lately full voice mail box suggests something bigger here.
