July - I placed an order with Frontier Pharmacy a/k/a e-dietpharmacy.com. I was at the initial order there would be a one-time fee of $20.95 and was asked did I agree to that. I stupidly clicked 'ok'.
I was billed the $20.95 in July, again in August - no medicine. When I got that billing, I called my credit card company, Bank of America, and obtained the phone number of the company (877-434-3329) which I tried, got a very nice recording, was directed to a line - which no one ever answered, and got to leave a message to discontinue the billing -to which no one ever responded. (Surprise).
September billing - $20.95 - I called Bank of America - filed a complaint told them to discontinue allowing the ACH to my account (which by the way has no other balance, and to close the account). I followed this with a letter in my billing statement which I paid again the $20.95. They followed up with a claim form, which after their research was denied due to lack of information. I again followed up with a letter telling Bank of America to Close My Account - which they are refusing to do and still allowing the $20.95 ACH which now is due for September and October. Help!
