I signed up via the internet for a trial bottle of Metabofuel.
I was charged, before the trial date was over, for 4 more bottles supposedly shipped to my address.
I called the company to say I never received the 4 bottles I was charged for and they were totally uncooperative.
I called my credit card company who launched an investigation and I wrote a formal letter of dispute.
I received a letter from my credit card stating the company was right and I was wrong ~ the charge of $207.85 was again charged back to my credit card. They directed me to work this out with the metabofuel company.
I called metabofuel and was directed via a phone message to log on to their website.
Numerous, numerous attempts were made to communicate with metabofuel via email and I was "denied access" each time.
I have written another formal letter of dispute to my credit card company.
I should not be charged for something I never received and cnnot even communicate this to the company at fault.
At this point (6 monthe plus of attempting to get this straightened out ~ I want Nothing to do with Metabofuel!
I got your address from the metabofuel website where others were writing complaints regarding the same treatment from and frustration with the Metabofuel company.
