Ordered the stupid product one time and specifically told them I did not want a automatic reorder. A month later they charged my account and sent the stupid product without my consent.
I called to ask why they charged me and sent the product when I didn't want it and they gave me the run around and said they would have to pull the recording that proves that I didn't want an automatic order. They told me that once the product is returned I will get my refund. That was two months ago! I have called about 15 times and keep getting incompetent reps that laugh when I get mad.
If I were crazy I would go in there headquarters. I am not going to give up and am prepared to hire an attorney but I was hoping to file a class action lawsuit against this company. I am hoping to connect with others who have been scammed by these a-holes.
I am SO pissed. I filed a complaint with the BBB and there has been over 250 complaints and still nothing is being done about this company. I thought this was America not some third world corrupt society. All I want is my money back and would love to get some revenge on this company. I wish I knew where that pencil neck Klee Irwin lived.:-) (the founder of this stupid product/company) I sure learned my lesson!
