Hi My name is Jeffrey. I was Hired April. Mr. Watts was the Director of security. He help to bring myself aboard along with help of the President, Dr. Chairmonte.
My first couple of mounths seemed ok. I was very quiet security guard, I respected my duties, along with the fact that my Dr. Chairmonte vision should be treated with respect. I started off working the ER. Which I enjoyed. I gain a very high level of respect from Pysicians and medical staff, even the visitors was please with my Duties and how I conducted myself, And I was told by Higher ups VIP's that they really safe and secured.
Later in the future I was experincing profanity from Captain Oliver, James and Ricky Royster and Director Zachary Thompson. I was told from Mr. Watts that if don't work my day off I will be terminated. I will get calls from Assistant Director Zacary Thompson that I have to work on Sundays which is my day off. I was always feeling scared for my job. I was told that I will be promoted, that never happen, I will be told later that someone was promoted and that they forgot to post memo.
Young concassion male Mr. Bryd was selected employee of the year when he was just hired and recived 500.00 dollars and a placked. I was told by a former employees that I was to recieved that reward.By Mr. Bryd and Mr. Zachary THompson was close friends of the family that's why Mr. Bryd got. Mr. Z. Thompson was close friends with Captain Oliver and R. Royster.
They all was plannig non how get myself Killed or fired from my Position. Zachary threw security radio in my face and then punch me in the face, because he did'nt like that I was black man gaining respect and he could'nt accept how Iwas well respected. I notice that Mr. Zachary Thompson was Discrinating against me.
Now as I analized it all. Ms. Gloria Secretay saaid Jeff you dont stand a chance Mr. Zacharty Thompson is throwing your complaints in the trash. She said they all his friends, That day, was Physicians day when I was attack by Mr. Thompson, Z which is a (white) man who hate black who are successful now I'm learning. He could killd me if I did'nt block Radio transmiter with my hand. Stated from Doctor Howard University. All Doctors was in the area at the time when was assalted, Discrinminated.
I really enjoyed my job, I tooked my occupation with pride and dignity. Mr. Zachary Thompson told me on several occasion that if go over his head that he will terminate me. I wanted someone to save my job. Mr. Allen was my first step, I was of afraid losing my job. I was to speak with Vivvian Miller, I will when is we going to have a meeting, He wiil always say that she didn't come to work or he can't findMr; Allen it was always excuses. The day I met Vivian Miller, This white woman was so rude and disrespected me like she was told to do so. I was so hurt to here How this grown women was and treating me, Iwas justwanting to have my last check..
To this day I can't bounce backl. I have filed lawsuit, discrimnatin race, etc. Assault. All the white people traets blacks very bad. That hospital is no place for black patients or employees I wont want a dog to place there on know occasion, I feel for the blacks people who have encounter with Facilty from Hell. I pray that this hospital to demoltion to the grown and start over. I saw so many people all blacks died and was suppose to live. The nurse cut bodies open after the kill people and discover and take organs when they not suyppose to. And this is P. A just doing things that Surgeons should do.
After People die The nurse go and smoke there drugs and laugh at how people families was acting after they love ones lost. Please investigate on what I'm sayin and take it to yhe next level/I seen Doctor Chairmonte on several occassions smellin like alcohol and walking threw the hospital at night and daytime using profanity. A driving off really fast back to the hotel wher he stay's. I focused on my day-day encounters with those DEVILS and This ain't nothig But HELL on this HILL.
