I have been a member of Club Fit for approx. 2 years. I finally decided to get a personal trainer from Beyond Fitness. Beyond Fitness works inside the club. I searched and searched and decided on a trainer named Stephanie. When I called her today, 8/21/06, she told me that she has resigned from Beyond Fitness.
She continued to state that she knew she was going to resign last week. She continued to say how she didn't like the way she was being treated and didn't like the way things were being run. I have since cancelled my membership with Club Fit. When I went there to, I asked them to credit my credit card account the 1st and last month, along with the processing fee, which came to $199.00. I also asked them to stop the process which would bill me $80.00 a month for the next 10 months.
The person I spoke with at Beyond Fitness could care less. I have taken steps to not having to pay for this scam. If they could mislead and deceive me this way, I would never recommend them to anyone... Buyer beware!!
