Ripoff took my money denied my claim, wont give my money back

They said they never recieved any money yet i have copys of the applications where it was deducted from my check. They denied my claim. Two policys #paxx84xx and a hospitalzation policy. I also have chech stubs once i prove that they took my money, i said my condition was pre existing it wasant they wont even give the money i paid out to them can u help me
