I placed an order with safetrustprocessing. Order was confirmed and approved on 7/3/06. My check cleared the bank around the same time. My account page still pulls up and says "active".
I have never heard from them, they do not have a working email or phone number and I have not received my order.
I finally got into contact with someone by phone (long story). Safetrust has been shut down by the FDA. Those who ordered by credit card need to hurry and try to get the credit placed back on your card.
Those who used a check (yes I know it was stupid), you are probably out of luck but you can ask your bank to make a claim against them.
What makes me mad is that this company knew they were in trouble and still took orders and people's money. I don't think that I should be ripped off of my $118 when the problem isn't mine it is the companies. I should be given a refund but it probably won't happen.
This is a warning to all who have anything to do with safetrust; they will only rip you off.
