I was also ripped off by ubuyrx.com AKA safetrust processing. I too ordered a product and my bank account was charged for it. I was promissed a delivery time of 5-10 business days. A month later. Still no product! The website will tell you that you can track an order and that a customer service phone number will be available on the confirmation email. NOT TRUE! I left several messages via their "tracking website" but no response. There is no address or listed phone number to be found anywhere... Believe me I have searched! I finally filed a dispute with my bank to recover the charges. Lesson learned!
