Gamefly very very very poor customer service

I have been a member of gamefly for 3 months, and this is the worst company ever I have been trying to stick it out for my kids sake but today was the last day that I will ever deal with them.in July my mom got sick suddenly and I had to leave home and travel to be with my mom well with this being a last minute thing I did not have time to get my bills and accounts in order before I left.in my moms area there is not a branch of the bank that I use so I had no way of depositing the funds for my gamefly membership, so I called gamefly up and explained to them the situation and asked if they could delay withdrawing the funds from my account, well I was assured that this would not be a problem and that they would wait a week from my due date to withdraw the funds from my account and that if I was able to put the money in my account any sooner to just call them up and let them know. I luckily was able to contact a friend and they were able to put money in my account. I then made the trip back home to check on things and to get my mail, when I opened my bank statement I got a surprise my account was in the negative because game fly withdrew the money on the original date that it was suppose to come out so I decided to call them up and have a talk with them and guess what no one answers the phone for over a week straight so I tried chatting with them with no luck also, but today I was finally able to reach someone on chat after I had already called three times with no answer. So the guy on the chat ask me how can he help me and I explained to him the problem and he basically told me that I was a liar that he didn't tell me that they would wait a week to debit my account and that I had only called wanting to know my billing due date and that he had it all there in his notes.By this point I am livid and demand to speak with a manager and 3 seconds after that my phone rings and its gamefly, which raises my suspicions about them as a company even more being that I had just called them three times with no answers. So the manager proceeds to tell me that I am wrong and that I was never told that I could get a extension and that there was not anything that could be done to help me, so I asked if the calls are recorded and he tells me yes so I asked that the call be pulled up so we can listen to the conversation that I had with the rep and he basically told me that there was no need because he has notes in his computer and that no rep will ever tell a customer that. So at this point I tell them to cancel my membership and he tells me that I have 7 days to return the games or they will debit my account for the amount of the games, I am irate by this point and tell him just like they want their games back I want my money back and he tells me that they will get their money and that there is nothing that they can do to help me. I am so irritated at this point that I want to take them to court because you can not treat people this way. This is the worse customer service I have experienced in my life. I would not advise anyone to become a member with gamefly.
