I too thought I was paying for a free trial only. That was in Feb. It is now May and I have a NSF fee and $99.90 w/d charged on my checking acct.
Their phone # showed up on the bank printout so I called and they said there was a delay because of shortage of product. I told them I never ordered any and they said I agreed to auto shipments and charges. When I got home I attempted to check the website to see if I overlooked something and was unable to get website.
There should be a way to stop this. And they should prove to me that I agreed to this. Can anyone help? The company did immediately offer my money back but that doesn't cover my NSF fee which they refuse to pay.
