I participated in an online survey regarding whiteovernite where it offered me free samples of the product for cost of only shipping amount of $3.95. After filling out the form, and before hitting the "submit" button on the bottom of the page, I hit my back browser, read the Terms and Conditions to find it hidden and misleading to the fact that $80 dollars would be charged immediately and then another $80 in 30 days. I closed out of the internet window, w/out submitting my information, as I thought. 2 days later my account was charged the minimal fee, plus an additional $85 dollars. I have tried emailing them and calling them w / no response.
