I had placed an order on 4-22-06 for weight loss pills costing $139.50 and that it would be shipped in 5 days from the date of doctors approval. Doctor approved on the same date by a company called "safe trust processing."
I called the 866 number on 5/5/1006 and after waiting for 40 minutes a rep. For that company told me that the prescription was filled and that it was awaiting a fed-ex pick up ticket. I tried calling again today 5/7 but number says call during business hours even though web says 24/7 customer service.
It has been 15 days in total. Is it possible to get money back from them if don't keep their end of the bargain?
