I placed an order for a 90 day supply of Phentermine on 04/13/06. The order total was $93.00. My order was approved by Dr. Prasad on the same day. My debit card was charged on 04/13/06 also.
I asked for the status of my order on 4/24/06 via their customer service and order tracking site. All I received was an automated response to my request.
On 05/04/06, I again asked for a status update. No response other than automated.
On 05/05/06, I again ask for my medication to be shipped or my money to be returned. No response other than automated.
On 05/08/06 I sent another request as well as I called and would remain on hold for approximately 5-8 minutes when the call would be diconnected from their end. This happened 6 times.
I have used this company in the past without problems and am surprised by this situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
