Steve Lanni At Factory Direct Spas
I paid them 3149.00 for a hot tub and 5 months later I still do not have the spa "rip off"

I bought a hot tub from Steve Lanni in Oct 05 and he will not call me back to discuss delivery. It is now Aprt 29 06 and I have been ripped off for over 3000 dollars. Stay Away. He has ripped off several people and we are trying to put him in jail for a long time.
