This company has made two unauthorized charges to my bank account-one for $106.82 March 22 and one for $99.99 March 30. I filled out the paper work after each charge at my bank.
April 3 an envelope arrived at my home that contained four bottles of their product. This product was delivered to Savoy 6 in Provo, Utah April 7 at 11:00 am.
Since March 30, I have emailed, called, left messages, and none of their numbers seem to work any more. No one returns calls or answers emails. I have only been able to talk to a person once and he could not help me.
I am on a limited income and I need this money. I do not understand how they can send products you did not order and charge your bank account.
From reading reports on the internet and researching this company, there are thousands of people they have ripped off with their scam.
Something needs to be done to stop their stealing money.
Anything you can do to help, I would certainly appreciate.
