Dear Dr. Pattanashetti:
You advised for a crown on tooth number 20 that had no defect and only needed a referral to a gum specialist for taking care of receding gun across tooth 20 and tooth 19. Since March when you fixed the first crown in tooth no. 20, I am still trying to rectify the problem on tooth 20 caused by your lack of expertise and misdiagnosis. During the routine cleaning, my new dentist also noticed a small chunk of cement lodged around my gum and crown no. 15 that was also done by you. This tooth is also being redone now.
So far, I have spent more than $6000=00 from my own pocket by going to different specialists, including prosthodontists for correcting the problems on these teeth that were done by you. My attorney has advised me that I demand a minimum amount of $6000=00 from you, which even does not include the money that I will incur in future repairing my gum damaged by you around tooth 19 and tooth 20 in trying to fix the crown on tooth 20.
Not only I have spent a great deal of money in redoing and correcting the problems in tooth 15 and tooth 20, which still require me to go to the prosthodentist, but also I have suffered a great deal of pain and suffering that affected my work also.
