Rip off health care savings program

I purchased my Health Savings Program from NAPE in the begining of October. I made arrangements to use my Mastercard credit card for the first payment of $354.95 wich included a $100 enrollment fee. I received my booklet and membership cards within 2 weeks. I had not received any tangable documentation for a few months about payment so I just assumed they were late in sending me my payment plan booklet. The first month was on my credit card statement as per phone conversation.

It was not to my knowledge until December that I realized something was wrong after not receiving or hearing from the company. I looked on my credit card statement to find numerous charges to my card which I never made any agreement to pay by credit card other then the first payment which was to enroll. I called after the Holidays in December. I called January 2nd or 3rd to cancel the savings program and let them know all the charges they charged to my card. I was also told I could cancle it back to the enrollment date but wouldn't get the $100 enrollment fee back, which was fine.

I was told a claim would be put in and investigated to find out what happend. The Lady I spoke with told me it would take a few weeks to process and investigate, and to call periodically to check on that status. She said I should receive a refund in about a month or so after they review my charges. I called numerous times after about 2 weeks only to be told it was still being investigated, there are checks but they did not go out yet, only a few checks went out, another week, and another week again.

I called and spoke to someone from NAPE. The lady told me it would be easier for the investigation and faster if I faxed my credit card statements showing the charges. Which I was never told I should or had to do when canceling. So I faxed my statements and was told they received them.

I spoke to different women when I called named Denise, Sherry, Shauna, Victoria, Theresa and Mike the Manager/Boss. Which all told me different things and LIE. On 02/06/06 I called and wanted to speak to the manager. I was told he wasn't available each time I called and left him a voice mail, which he neglected to call me back. On 02/07/06 I called back to speak with the manager and I was told he was in a conference meeting, out to lunch or not available the 5 times I called. I was also told when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, Boss, or CEO of the company, that the supposed manager i was trying to get a hold of, was all of the above.

It's now 4-15-06 and I still call almost everyday to find out any information. I received a letter in the end of Febuary, basicly buying them more time to run me and everyone else around. Saying they were still investigating and it's taking longer then they expected, please be patient & they would keep me updated. They charged my credit card in October for $354.95, which was for the $100 enrollment fee plus the $229.95 which would then be my monthly payment. November for $354.95, which was supposed to only be $229.95, November again for $229.95 after already charging me wrong the 1st time, December for $229.95, & January 9th for $229.95 even after I called on the 2nd of January to cancel.

I still have not received a refund and continualy call speaking to the same women being told the same excuses over and over again 3 months later. I will be posting a letter from N.A.P. E as soon as possible, regarding no refund and them blaming (IMC) International Med-Care as being wrongful and not N.A.P.E..
