My mother was employed by global personal sense 12/02-12/06/05 has a LPN. I had no problems from the people or my employers they were always nice & respectful towards me & I got along with everybody. I had gotten sick one weekend & I called out I was discharged after that. On 12/06/05 I recieved a letter from global of my seperation due to excessive absences & insubordination.
This Is a bold face lie! I have never been insurbordinate to any of my employers & global I applied for umemployment. During the hearing tammy dukes was very rude towards me talking over me & the hearing officer heard every bit of this & it is on tape.
During the hearing Tammy Dukes got a false witness to lie about me. His name is Mark Gouveia, both who accused me of calling several times that day after I was discharged my son can be a withness to say I was not calling several times a day to global. I was NOT insurbordinate to my employer as to the reason of my discharge.
The office manager accused me of raising my voice. Also accused me of being combative & aggressive when they were the ones being aggressive, & then having the nerve to accuse me before this problem I got along with everyone it is a total abuse of power over me & I will report this to the EEOC for discrimination for wrongful termination.
I deny everything what global is accusing me of! This is what goes on in the nursing feild they are all back stabbers trying to ruin everybodys life to make all the money for themselves. This has happened all through my career as a nurse with me being lied about & falsely accused.
I will fight back! No more with putting up with the lies. The hearing officer denied my umemployment due to global's lies about me during the hearing & I WILL! APPEAL This decision & I will file a charge for discrimination against global personal. They have messed with the wrong person this time to get out of their little CLICK that they have with certain people they want working for them. I will file legal action in federal court & I will WIN & if global or their lawyers pay the courts off to to rule agaisnt me then I will have the FBI investigate the courts excepting BRIBES to rule agaisnt me this is agaisnt the LAW!
For anybody involved in a lawsuit for a court or judge to except bribes to rule against the other party to try & ruin their live which global is trying to ruin my life!
I will not allow global to ruin my LIFE! I have rights to live & work just like any other person in america. I will not let global get AWAY with their evil deeds. GOD knows everything they are doing. They cannot hide anything from GOD & GOD will bring out their evil deeds & put them out of business GOD & JESUS will be my avenger I will put my trust in the LORD JESUS! To bring me out of this because go Knows, I have done wrong & GOD will PUNISH global for their lies, & for what they are putting my life threw & trying to mess up my caree.
Global is trying to mess with my living & trying to make me lose my house & car but I will not let them get away with their lies. This is the reason why I have not been able to hold a job because of this stuff with being lied about & discharged at the end. I will have the VICTORY. I will not allow global or their evil deeds destory my peace! I will FIGHT global to end. I will never work for another agency if this is the way that they treat people I will sue global for defamation & for the money I have lost because of them!
My mother found out later from a former employee @ global was a black employee my mother got paid $20 & the black employees got paid $22 more then my mother. So this is a race issue my mother only worked 2 or 3 days a week my mother didn't have a full time job so this was the best she can do! This was an agency so she worked @ nursing places in the area or out of town.
The reason why my mother was denied unemployment was because global tammy dukes office manager & Mark Gouveia made false statements accusing my mother of making harassing phone calls & being insubornate & beligerate behavior. They both said she was like that toward other 3 office employees but they did not testifie @ the hearing. They were accusing my mother of making harassing phone calls after hours & through the week after the termination. The harassing phone calls happened after the termination & not before which was one of their lies know they told the unemployment hearing officer the calls before the termination.
My mother didn't commit not willful misconduct. This is a direct violation of her civil rights she was employed there for 3 years with no problems until 12/05. I guess they wanted to get rid of my mother because they did not like her working there. This is very common in the work force; you hear about this all the time, about harassment in the workplace & falsely accusing things like what global is doing to my mother they had this witness lie about my mother my mother did not make harassing phone calls.
My mother appealed the hearing officer decision to the board of reviews who later denied my mothers unemployment. The employer was allowed to talk over my mother this is clearly on the recorded tape of the hearing but they find no basis for that contention. This is a direct violation of my mothers rights by lying saying she commited willful misconduct for insubordinate & belligerent behavior. My mother appeal the board of reviews decision to superior court my mother will sue global for defamation & slander!
This is a direct violation of my mothers civil rights & she will sue for the money she was out of work!
