Complaint / Review
LeanLife PM
Ripoff

I was doing a on-line survey, that informed me that I won a laptop computer but to receive it I had to do this on-line survey first. Which I did and then towards the end of the survey it tells me that I have to pick three adds and apply to them or I wouldn't get the laptop so I picked three and one of them was LeanLife PM. I picked it because it said I only had to pay $1 for a seven day supply of these diet pills without shipping or handling charges. And if I chose to cancel that I had to call them and get directions on how to cancel any future orders with them.

Well before the seven days was up I went to their web page that I kept under my favorites in case I needed to contact them and after clicking on it instead of their site coming up I kept getting a error page stating that there was no site with that address available. I had checked when first ordering that site page and it came up then but within a few days it no longer did and I found that very suspicious. Then I sent them a email letter asking them to contact me that I wanted to cancel the order I had with them and didn't want to be charged anything because I wanted to cancel before my deadline was up.

Of course I got no response back from them from my email and the invoice they sent me only shows a address on them without a phone number. I then checked my web banking account and it showed they already took $99.90 out of my checking account and I immediately went to my bank the following day and closed my visa/debit card so that they couldn't make anymore charges and filed some form with the bank saying that they took money out of my checking without authorization.

Today, I got a letter from my bank stating that since they were a on-line contract that I had to take care of it with LeanLife PM to get my money refunded that they couldn't do anything about it, or refund my money and that if I received any products that I need to return it back to LeanLife PM and that I had 30 days from when I received them to get my money back and that I needed to have proof that I returned the product.

Two days prior I did receive a package from them that I didn't open and I'm going to send it back by way of UPS and have it signed by whoever from this rip-off company when they get it so I have my proof that they received it. If after 30 days goes by and I still don't get a refund I'm not sure what else I can do but learn a hard lesson and never order anything over line again by someone I don't know.

A very expensive lesson I might add. But at least I don't have to worry they won't be able to take anymore funds out because they don't have my new debit/visa card number. I will also include a letter to LeanLife PM with threat of taking them to court on this matter but I doubt that will do a bit of good. Just take warning, don't order anything from this company.

By the way the product doesn't work! And I never did get a lap top computer because after clicking on three adds I signed up with it went to another page of ads asking me to sign up with four more by that time I was fed up and exit out of that site. It's just too bad I got stuck with this false posing company that promises big but delivers small.
