Ripoff I enrolled for a trial offer of white over nite with 14 days to try. They sent me an order and charged my visa $106.90

I enrolled for a 14 day trial of teeth whitening called "white over nite" for $3.95. I understood i had 14 days to cancel but they said that it stated that within 14 days a shipment would be sent out. How am i supposed to know when they will send it. Well they sent it in a week and have charged my visa with $106.90 and told me that i could not get a refund. What a rip off!!!
