Submitted $50 order - they charged $441.00 to my credit card - after numerous phone calls - no refund

I ordered about $50 worth of merchandise on february 9 and on february 10 was charged $441.00 on my credit card

After about 10 phone calls to the company with each call promising to send a fax confirmation of the reversal of charges, we have received no confirmation and no money.
