I just recently found this ripoff site by accident. And hope it can be of some help for others and my self. I bought a tanning salon back in "2003", from a man who's business is very well known (Beyond the Beach). The man who owns the salon is Chris Lambert. He sold to me his cheshire salon supposedly in "good faith". (yeah right). I gave him a deposit, and down payment of a significant amount. Then he kept putting me off on the closing, month after month. Even made himself unavailable, by phone, and inperson contact.
Within six months, he shut down my business, and sent a sheriff to serve me papers showing that he was now sueing me for fraudulent royalties. For almost three years i have been trying to find a way to get my money back. And since then he has managed to ripoff several other hardworking individuals. This man is trully a conartist, who has not only ripped me off and everyone else, but also ripped off my kids. When all i did was buy in "good faith" with all my savings in hopes that i could put them through college with out struggling. Hopefully someone out there reads this and can use this, or comes across this and knows him.
