My dispute is that i did not order the product knowingly. When i called the merchant they said that it was an automatic shipment after a free sample and that i needed to cancel the order and return the product. I did and called and they said that they had received it and a credit would be issued. I called a month later and was told the same. Three months later and i have not received a credit.
