First off, they will not refund the first payment I made even though I have a copy of my contract that says THIRTY DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! I cancelled in person with the head of account servies, Nicole, within the thirty days. Not only does she (and the head corporate offcie) refuse to return my phone calls, they continued to auto-debit my credit card for the $79 month dues! I had to call the bank and change my credit card number to keep this from happening again and again. So now they owe me the first month and the months I was billed after I cancelled, and no one will return my calls or talk to me in person!
This not only happened to me, but also to my roommate and my next-door neighbor. This company is a of crooks!!
